Would you like to marinate longer in the poses of yin? This day is the time. Staying in the poses during a minimum of 10 minutes. An apportunity to dive deeper into the body, into yourself. Does your body invite you further in? Stay alert for the possibilty of changing or deepening the pose; or is there the need to back off?

Keep an open attitude! Remember to respect your edges! Physically, mentally and emotionally.
